Privacy Policy

This site belongs to Drake Moyer, a licensed Pennsylvania real estate salesperson (RS376134) with Bedford County Real Estate LLC. This page explains what I collect when you contact me and what I do with it.

What I collect

Only what you type into the contact form (your name, your phone number, what you are looking for, and anything you add about a property) or into the new-listing alert signup (your email address). The site does not use advertising cookies or sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

How I use it

To call or text you back about your request, and to keep a record of it while we work together. I do not add you to a marketing list unless you sign up for new-listing alerts, and every alert email includes a way to unsubscribe. If you would rather not be contacted again, tell me and I will stop.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form messages are delivered to my phone through Telegram. If you call my cell and I cannot answer, an AI phone assistant may answer for me. It says that it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, then takes your message for me. These providers process your information only to deliver it to me.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have on file about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, unless I have to keep it for a real estate transaction record. Call or text (814) 515-6900, email drakemoyer0@gmail.com, or call the office at (814) 623-1159.
